Harbour Area of Nassau, New Providence Island

Located on the northeastern side of the island, the harbour area is a bustling waterway with cruise lines, shipping vessels, pleasure and fishing boats, as well as the island's fish and straw markets. 

Potter's Cay Dock - The docking area for the mail boats, which transport mail and passengers to and from the Family Islands.

Potter's Cay Fish Market - A lively traditional open-air food market where farmers and fishermen display their fresh produce and seafood.

Woodes Rodgers Walk - A boardwalk along the harbour offering a view of the bustling waterfront at Prince George Wharf where cruise ships dock and glass-bottom boats depart for sea-garden tours.  The port harbours some of the world's finest cruise lines and other sea-going vessels.

Straw Market - One of the world's largest craft markets, featuring colorful Bahamian handmade straw products, as well as jewelry and wood carvings.
